SPAGHETTI OLIO E AGLIO (Garlic and olive oil spaghetti)

(Garlic and olive oil spaghetti)

Back to Capri with this supersonic pasta recipe! The favorite of my son by the way... It takes a few minutes to prepare, is deliciously yummy and you normally possess everything in your cupboard. Perfect for a lunch or dinner with your lover ;) Life is good isn't it? 
Nota : it is served WITHOUT cheese as it will ruin the garlic taste otherwise...

Wine pairing : Taurasie (Red) from Campanie.

A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Fresh spaghetti
Red chili

In your cupboard
Olive oil finest 

Serves 4

450g of fresh spaghetti
60ml of finest olive oil + for the pan
6 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 red chili chopped (optional)

Cook the spaghetti al dente for 5 minutes in boiling water. 
Meanwhile, in a pan, gently fry the garlic with the chili in a little bit of olive oil.
Drain the spaghetti and put them directly into the pan.
Add the olive oil, toss well, serve and enjoy!

Spaghetti à l’ail

Pour 4 personnes
450g de spaghetti frais (rayon frais)
60ml d’huile d’olive de très bonne qualité + pour la poêle
6 gousses d’ail finement émincées
1 petit chili finement émincé (facultatif)

Cuisez les spaghetti 5 minutes dans de l’eau bouillante salée.
Pendant ce temps, faites revenir l’ail et le chili dans la poêle avec un petit peu d’huile d’olive.
Egouttez les spaghetti cuits et les déposer directement dans la poêle.
Ajoutez l’huile d’olive, remuez bien, servez et appréciez !
