GUACAMOLE WITH CRAB

Oh my God ! What a fabulous recipe this one is, a complete winner in no time...! In my view, nothing can beat the delicate texture of fresh crab with the smooth yet spicy guacamole... Serve this dip for a buffet, it will disappear as quickly as it appears... Enjoy with tacos, fresh crusty bread, in lovely verrines or on its own! As usual, I advise you to buy your crab meat at your fishmonger... Forget supermarket's ones please!!!

GUACAMOLE WITH CRAB
A quick glance in your kitchen

IN YOUR FRIDGE
Fresh crab meat
Limes
Chilies
Coriander
Tomatoes

IN YOUR CUPBOARD
Avocado
Cumin
Shallots
Tabasco

GUACAMOLE WITH CRAB
The recipe for 1 large bowl



5 ripe Hass avocados (seeded and peeled) coarsely mashed

2 tomatoes 

2 spring onions 

The juice of 2 little limes 

A dash of Tabasco (optional) 

1 red chili

1 tbsp of cumin 

A little bunch of fresh coriander 

350g of fresh crab meat

Using your food processor, puree the tomatoes, onions, chili and coriander.  
Transfer the paste in a large bowl.
Add the avocados, limes juice, cumin and Tabasco. 
Combine well
Pour in the fresh crab on top.
It’s ready!




Guacamole et crabe


Pour 1 gros bol
5 avocats Hass bien murs dénoyautés et écrasés

2 tomates

2 oignons nouveaux 

Le jus de 2 citrons verts

Une pointe de Tabasco (optionnel)

1 petit piment

1 CAC de cumin

Une large poignée de coriandre fraiche

350g de crabe frais

A l’aide de votre robot, mixez les tomates, oignons, chili et coriandre.
Transvasez dans un grand bol puis ajoutez les avocats écrasés, jus des citrons, cumin et Tabasco.
Bien mélangez le tout.
Déposez le crabe par dessus.
C’est prêt !
