Yes, this recipe is the one ! From a Lebanese friend! How lucky I am to have a diversity of people around me from all over our magnificent planet... I am always asking for recipes from their original countries and what a feast it is to discover their gastronomic marvels...
Enjoy obviously without moderation...

EXPRESS LEBANESE HUMMUS
A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Lemons

In your cupboard 
Chickpeas
Tahini
Garlic
Finest olive oil
Ground cumin 


EXPRESS LEBANESE HUMMUS
For a little bowl



250g 8,81 oz of chickpeas from a can
4 tbsp of the chickpeas juice from the can
3 tbsp of tahini
The juice of 2 little lemons
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp of finest olive oil
1 tsp of ground cumin

In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together.
Transfer in a nice bowl and enjoy with pita bread or raw vegetables.



Houmous express


Pour 1 petit bol
250g de pois-chiche en conserve
4 CAS du jus de la conserve
3 CAS de tahini
Le jus de 2 petits citrons
1 gousse d’ail
3 CAS d’huile d’olive
1 CAC de cumin en poudre

A l’aide de votre mixeur plongeant, réduire tous les ingrédients listés en purée.
Servir avec du pain pitta ou des légumes crus.
