(Spaghetti saumon et Boursin)


Please find a tasty minute dish your children and yourself will adore straight away! The combination of the garlicky Boursin cheese and salmon is out of this world! And I am sure that you nearly have all the ingredients already in your cupboard so it will be absolutely perfect for your Sunday evening blues supper... I tend to use fresh pasta (in any supermarket or deli), as they are tastier and cook only in few minutes! Obviously, use dry ones if you prefer;)

SPAGHETTI WITH SALMON AND BOURSIN 
A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Boursin cheese
Smoked salmon
Crème fraîche
Fresh spaghetti

In your cupboard
Olive oil


SPAGHETTI WITH SALMON AND BOURSIN 
Serves 4



450g 15,87 oz of fresh spaghetti (if possible)
1 Boursin cheese
15cl 5 oz of crème fraîche
200g 7,07 oz of smoked salmon chopped
Olive oil 

Bring water to the boil. Cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a little saucepan, gently heat the Boursin with the crème fraîche.
Once cooked, serve the spaghetti with the Boursin sauce and smoked salmon.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately! 



Spaghetti saumon et Boursin


Pour 4 personnes 
450g de spaghetti frais si possible (rayon frais supermarché)
1 Boursin
15cl de crème fraîche
200g de saumon fumé coupé en morceaux
Huile d’olive

Cuire les spaghetti dans l’eau bouillante pendant 5 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, faites réchauffer dans une petite casserole le Boursin avec la crème fraîche.
Servez les spaghetti avec la sauce Boursin puis ajoutez le saumon fumé ainsi qu’un filet d’huile d’olive.
Servez immédiatement !
