SALAD OF BRIE WITH 2 GRAPES AND SESAME (Salade de Brie aux 2 raisins et sésame)

A lovely and colorful salad made in no time. Because I do think that Spring is the season for salad even though the grey days we all have seems to signify the contrary! Balanced and delicious, I do not remember how many times I did it! Normally the recipe was made with Reblochon, but as the taste is a little bit bland when not cooked, I accommodate it with a simple Brie which goes so well with grapes and sesame seeds... Miam 😊

Wine pairing : Bergerac (Red) from the South West.

A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Brie cheese
Red grapes
White grapes 
Rocket salad

In your cupboard
Roasted sesame seeds
Sesame oil
Sunflower oil
Balsamic vinegar

Serves 4

1 Brie cheese diced
A small bunch of red grapes
A small bunch of white grapes
A generous handful of rocket salad
1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp of sesame oil
4 tbsp of sunflower oil
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

In a large bowl, combine the oils with the vinegar.
Add the Brie, grapes and salad.
Drizzle with sesame seeds.
Mix thoroughly and serve!

Salade de Brie aux 2 raisins et sésame

Pour 4 personnes
1 Brie coupé en dés
1 petite grappe de raisin noir
1 petite grappe de raisin vert
1 poignée de roquette
1 CAS de graines de sésame rôties
1 CAS d’huile de sésame
4 CAS d’huile de tournesol
2 CAS de vinaigre balsamique

Dans un joli saladier, mélangez les huiles et le vinaigre.
Rajoutez le Brie, les raisins et la roquette. 
Parsemez de graines de sésame.
Mélangez bien le tout et servez aussitôt.
