CAFE BLANC (AHWEH BAIDA)

CAFE BLANC (AHWEH BAIDA)

What about a nice infusion after the succession of Christmas meals, galettes and many more we all went through? What about a Cafe blanc? No worries, there is absolutely no trace of coffee there. Cafe blanc is a lovely recipe from Lebanon. This is an infused hot water with orange flower which is used, generally, guess when? at the end of a meal. I first tasted cafe blanc at a weeding : the bride was from Beyrout and all the buffet (a marvel) was Lebanese... Between you and I, I adore this cafe blanc so much that you will ALWAYS see on my table or my buffet table, several lovely jugs of cold cafe blanc (without any sugar then). You may now relax and enjoy...
