This healthy snack is a gem when you have no time at all in front of you but are terribly hungry! Dip with fresh bread or any raw vegetables, you'll have a balance meal in seconds... In France, we use this kind of rillettes very frequently and with practically anything : ham, chicken, mushrooms, sardines... The combination are endless, so ready?


Wine pairing : Reuilly (White) from the Loire Valley.





TUNA AND CHIVES RILLETTES

In your fridge
Chives
Lime
Philadelphia cheese

In your cupboard
Tuna in can


TUNA AND CHIVES RILLETTES
Serves 4

½ bunch of chives finely chopped
1 small lime juice
1 can of finest tuna drained
150g 5,2 oz of St Môret cheese (or Philadelphia)

Combine the tuna with the cheese and the lemon juice.
Work it all to get a creamy texture.
Stir in the chives.
It’s ready!



Rillettes de thon à la ciboulette


Pour 4 personnes
150g de St Môret
Le jus d’1 petit citron vert
1 boite de thon égouttée
La moitie d’une petite botte de ciboulette ciselée

Dans un bol, mélangez intimement tous les ingrédients cités.
C’est prêt !
