PINEAPPLE GAZPACHO WITH MAPLE SYRUP 
(Gazpacho d'ananas au sirop d'érable)

 
I am not sure about you wherever you are on this beautiful planet but the weather here in London is so dreadful that I thought straight away about a sunny desert: what about a lovely gazpacho with pineapple and maple syrup ? Yes, it will bring the sun for a few minutes in your head. In addition, it is the perfect answer to end a long meal with a refreshing and sweet note!




Wine pairing : Mâcon Azé (White) from Burgundy.






PINEAPPLE GAZPACHO WITH MAPLE SYRUP 
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Mint
Pineapple (peeled and cubed)

In your cupboard
Maple syrup

PINEAPPLE GAZPACHO WITH MAPLE SYRUP 
Serves 4



1 large pineapple
4 tbsp of maple syrup
A little bunch of fresh mint finely chopped
150 ml 5 oz of water

Pulse the cubed pineapple with the maple syrup and the water in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve in a verrine with the mint...



Gazpacho d’ananas au sirop d'érable


Pour 4 personnes
1 bel ananas
1 poignée de menthe fraiche ciselée 
150ml d'eau
4 cas de sirop d'érable

Pelez et coupez l'ananas en morceaux.
Disposez-le dans le bol d'un blender avec l'eau et le sirop d'érable.
Mixez.
Servir bien frais dans une verrine avec la menthe ciselée .
