MAPLE SYRUP TILES 
(Tuiles au sirop d’érable)


Like my mother before me, I always serve some sweets treats at the end of a dinner to accompany the infusions. Those tiles are supersonic to make and appreciate by all. You can change the maple syrup to honey or coconut but the maple syrup goes so well with any hot beverages you cannot go wrong! I advise you to double the proportions straight away! 







MAPLE SYRUP TILES 
A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Egg
Butter

In your cupboard
Flour
Maple syrup
Brown sugar 

MAPLE SYRUP TILES
Around 6-8 tiles

50g 1,7 oz of melted butter
50g 1,7 oz of flour
50g 1,7 oz of maple syrup
30g 1,5 oz of brown sugar
1 egg white

Preheat your oven to 200° C.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
Form small heap with 1 teaspoon of dough on a baking paper spacing the tiles about 5cm apart.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Leave them to cool down before taking them off.


Tuiles au sirop d’érable


Pour 6-8 tuiles
50g de beurre fondu
50g de farine
50g de sirop d’érable
30g de sucre
1 blanc d’œuf

Préchauffez votre four à  200° C.
Dans un bol, mélangez tous les ingrédients listés ci-dessus.
Déposez des cuillerées de pâte et formez des tuiles sur du papier sulfurisé.
Enfournez pour 7 minutes.
Attendre le refroidissement complet des tuiles avant de les retirer du papier.
