PORK FILET MIGNON WITH MUNSTER

PORK FILET MIGNON WITH MUNSTER

When we are in France, as soon as I am preparing my food shopping list, my daughter invariably ask for a filet mignon with Munster or a chicken with munster. Yes, she has a huge addiction with strong French cheese like Roquefort or Munster paired with meat, and I am not sure where it comes from!!! Very easy, this recipe is a gem if you have friends over for supper. Be ready to give them the recipe though as they will definitely ask for it...

Wine pairing : Bourgogne Chitry (Red) from Burgundy.
