HONEY AND CURRY SALMON
(Saumon miel et curry)

It is so easy to cook with fish and it addition it goes perfectly well with sweet and sour taste. So please find a supersonic salmon recipe. Handy and healthy, it is going to be a classic on your table I am sure! Combination are endless if you are not too keen on curry, you may add nearly anything you wish... Enjoy!

A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Salmon
Fresh ginger

In your cupboard 
Onion
Sesame oil
Madras curry
Honey
Rice



HONEY AND CURRY SALMON
Serves 4



4 salmon fillets cubed
1 onion finely chopped
2 cm of ginger freshly grated
2 tbsp of Madras curry
2 tbsp of honey
Sesame oil
350g 12,34 oz of rice

Bring water to the boil and cook the rice for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, soften the onion in a pan with a little bit of sesame oil for a few minutes.
Add the salmon, ginger, and curry and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the honey and cook for a further 2 minutes.
It's ready! Serve the salmon with the rice.




Saumon miel et curry

Pour 4 personnes
4 filets de saumon coupés en morceaux

1 oignon finement émincé

2 cm de gingembre frais râpé

2 CAS de curry Madras

2 CAS de miel

Huile de sésame

350g de riz basmati

Cuire le riz dans l’eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, faites revenir l’oignon dans une poêle avec un petit peu d’huile de sésame pendant quelques minutes.
Ajoutez le saumon, le gingembre et le curry et cuire 5 minutes.
Déposez le miel en enrobant bien le saumon et prolongez la cuisson 2 minutes supplémentaires.
C’est prêt ! Servir avec le riz.
