It's difficult to find a snack without a chocolate bar or scrumptious cookies. Especially when it is 4pm and you are a bit peckish!!! But you will see that in fact, it's a matter of habit because after 2 weeks (ok 10 days as I do not count the week-ends...) of healthy snacks like the one I have created and propose you below, I do not feel any craving for chocolate or biscuits. Even when my daughter is eating a delicious slice of cake prepared by her friend, I stay imperturbable... Following the theme, the ingredients presents in this snack are in the Okinawa diet...

Coconut water
Papaya

Buckwheat rice cake


HEALTHY SNACK OF RICE CAKE, PAPAYA AND COCONUT WATER

1 or 2 buckwheat rice cake(s)
1 glass of fresh coconut water
1 or half a papaya

Just enjoy!




Voici le snack healthy par excellence ! En fait, je m’aperçois que c’est uniquement une histoire d’habituation. A force de faire attention et d’aiguiller mes envies, il m’arrive de plus en plus souvent d’oublier les pernicieuses barres chocolatées et consort! En-cas qui s’accorde à merveille avec l’écoute d’un Alain Chamfort un peu oublié…  


Collation de galette de riz, papaye et eau de coco

Pour 1 personne
1 ou 2 galette(s) de riz au sarrasin  
1 verre d'eau de coco
1 papaye
