(Camembert rôti au miel et romarin)

Oh my Lord! This roasted Camembert is to die for!! I have discovered this association at one of my favorites restaurants in London and I recreated it many, many times! Perfect for a late dinner or when you do not now what to cook (because you do not wish to!!! ha, ha ;)). It will compliment perfectly a nice side salad... Yummy!

In your fridge
Spinach salad 
Camembert

In your cupboard 
Foil
Honey
Rosemary
Shallot


ROASTED CAMEMBERT WITH HONEY AND ROSEMARY
Serves 2


1 finest Camembert in a wooden box 
3 tbsp of strong honey (chestnut for example)
1 tbsp of rosemary (fresh or dry) 
Spinach salad
1 Shallot finely chopped

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
Pull the Camembert out of the paper package and put it back in its wooden box.
Cut out the top of the Camembert and remove it.
Using a fork, make a kind of big cross on top, then add the honey on top and arrange a few sprigs of rosemary.
Wrap the Camembert with aluminium foil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the spinach salad with the shallot. Add your dressing and toss well.
Enjoy dipping pieces of bread in !

Camembert rôti au miel et romarin

Pour 2 personnes 
3 cas de miel fort (sapin, châtaignier, etc…)
1 cac de romarin (frais ou sec)
1 Camembert au lait cru
Epinards en salade
1 échalote finement coupée 

Préchauffez votre four à 180°C.
Sortez le camembert de l’emballage  et remettez-le dans sa boîte en bois.
Decoupez delicatement le dessus du camembert.
Entaillez le fromage par endroit puis ajoutez le miel sur le dessus ainsi que le romarin.
Enveloppez le fromage de papier aluminium.
Enfournez pour 10-15 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, préparez votre salade avec l’échalote et votre vinaigrette.
Dégustez en dip avec du bon pain et regalez-vous !
