TUNA RILLETTES WITH PIMENT D'ESPELETTE 
(Rillettes de thon au piment d'Espelette)


One of my signature dish again. I do it absolutely all the time as it goes very rapidly around the table! Terribly easy to make with a nice little kick from the Espelette pepper, it is a dish in a dash dip you might do very regularly from now on...😇



Wine pairing : Macon ChaintrĂ© blanc  (White) from Burgundy.




TUNA RILLETTES WITH PIMENT D'ESPELETTE 
A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Boursin cheese
Lemon

In your cupboard 
Tuna in sunflower oil
Espelette pepper



TUNA RILLETTES WITH PIMENT D'ESPELETTE 
For a little bowl



250g 8,81 oz of tuna in sunflower oil 
1 Boursin cheese 
Half the juice of a lemon 
1 tsp of piment d’Espelette (or Cayenne pepper).

Combine all the ingredients together.
Set aside in the fridge.
Serve as a dip with gressins, bread, crisps…



Rillettes de thon au piment d'Espelette

Pour un petit bol
200g de thon Ă  l’huile en boite
1 Boursin
½ jus de citron
1 cac de piment d’Espelette


Mélangez intimement les ingrédients.
Réservez au réfrigérateur.
Servir en dip.
