Easy, lovely and delicious, this fabulous amuse-bouches will be the star at your table or your buffet!The Rocamadour cheese is a goat cheese from my area in Perigord and Quercy in France. The name Rocamadour comes from the village of Rocamadour you must absolutely visit!!! and is made with unpasteurized milk...



Wine pairing : Atlantique blanc (White) from Bordeaux.





ROCAMADOUR AND SERRANO HAM CROSTINI

In your fridge
Rocamadour
Serrano ham

In your cupboard
Baguette
Olive oil


ROCAMADOUR AND SERRANO HAM CROSTINI
Around 15 bruschetta


1 finest baguette sliced
4-5 Rocamadour cheese
8 slices of Serrano ham
Olive oil


Preheat your oven at 200° C.
Layer up each slice of baguette with a piece of Rocamadour and half a Serrano slice on top.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 5-7 minutes.


Crostini de Rocamadour et jambon Serrano

1 quinzaine
1 Baguette
4-5 Rocamadour
8 tranches de jambon Serrano
Huile d'olive


Préchauffez votre four à  200° C.
Coupez votre baguette en tranches fines.
Disposez 1 morceau de Rocamadour sur une tranche puis ajoutez par-dessus une lanière de jambon  avec un trait d'huile.
Recommencez le processus pour les tranches restantes.
Enfournez pour 5-7 minutes.
