EFFORTLESS CHRISTMAS WITH AN ASIAN TOUCH
{PART 3} 
MISO TAPENADE

You may think that it is a strange combination but you will be amazed to see that it goes perfectly well together! With lots of raw vegetables or crusty fresh bread to dip, you will adore this very easy amuse-bouches for your Christmas! Do not hesitate to double the proportions. You will have a very healthy accompaniment for your pasta or your rice any day!



Wine pairing : Cassis  (Rosé) from Provence.





MISO TAPENADE 
A quick glance in your kitchen…

In your fridge
Brown miso paste
Capers
Lemon

In your cupboard
Pitted black olives 
Anchovies in tin
Garlic 
Olive oil


MISO TAPENADE
Serves 4



2 generous tbsp of brown miso paste
160g 5,6 oz of pitted black olives 
2 tbsp of capers 
2 anchovies from a tin
Half a lemon juice 
1 garlic clove 
2 tbsp of olive oil 

Puree all the ingredients with your hand blender.
Serve with raw vegetables or crusty fresh bread!



Tapenade de miso

Pour 4 personnes 
2 généreuses CAS de pate de miso rouge ou brune
160g d’olives noires dénoyautées
2 CC de câpres
2 anchois marinés
La moitie d’un jus de citron
1 gousse d’ail
2 CAS d’huile d’olive


A l’aide d’un mixeur plongeant, réduire tous les ingrédients en purée.
Servir avec des légumes crus ou du pain bien frais !
