VEGETARIAN BUFFET FOR 12 PEOPLE
(LACTO, OVO, PESCO)

It is a little bit delicate to ask the persons you are going to invite their food preferences. I try as much as I can to inquire without being too invasive. Sometimes it does work, sometimes it does not. This buffet for 12 people is absolutely perfect when you are in the second situation, when you do not really know... You might think, what a fuss it is just for a couple of people. Maybe, but as a matter of fact, it is important to me and because it is a buffet based on vegetarian lacto-ovo-pesco, we are not talking about vegetables only and quite frankly, anyone loves it as it is... As usual, follow my advice, no less, no more...


PREPARATION OF THE FOOD FOR THE BUFFET



Early morning : Tuna and Gruyère cake
Late morning : Ardéchois and Orange fondant
Midday : Tapenade clafoutis and Aubergine and honey pie
Early afternoon : Artichoke dips + Honey goat cheese + Stilton hot dates
Afternoon : Blackcurrants and pineapple salad + Citrus fruits with coconut milk + Melon with feta and pesto
