SALMON, HAZELNUTS AND BRUSSELS SPROUT CRUMBLE (Crumble de saumon, noisettes et choux de Bruxelles)

SALMON, HAZELNUTS AND BRUSSELS SPROUT CRUMBLE
(Crumble de saumon, noisettes et choux de Bruxelles)

Yummy, healthy and easy. A balanced meal in no time, this dish is absolutely perfect, no less. In my opinion, crumble is the best way to disguise any vegetables to reluctant people like children for example who don't like to eat a certain kind of ingredients... If you know what I mean.... Ready? Shall we cook? Recipe inspired by Francine.

Wine pairing : Givry (White) from Burgundy.
