SALMON, HAZELNUTS AND BRUSSELS SPROUT CRUMBLE 
(Crumble de saumon, noisettes et choux de Bruxelles)

Yummy, healthy and easy. A balanced meal in no time, this dish is absolutely perfect, no less. In my opinion, crumble is the best way to disguise any vegetables to reluctant people like children for example who don't like to eat a certain kind of ingredients... If you know what I mean.... SALMON, HAZELNUTS AND BRUSSELS SPROUT CRUMBLE 
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Brussels sprout
Salmon
Butter 

In your cupboard
Pine nuts
Hazelnuts
Flour

SALMON, HAZELNUTS AND BRUSSELS SPROUT CRUMBLE 
Serves 3
120g of crushed hazelnuts
100g of pine nuts
150g of smooth butter
150g of flour
3 salmon fillets
300g of Brussels sprout

Preheat the oven to 180° C. 
Bring to the boil water for the Brussels sprout. Cook them for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine in a bowl the flour with hazelnuts, pine nuts and butter.
Butter and line a rectangular tin. 
Spoon the salmon fillets in.
Add the hazelnuts crumble and the Brussels sprout on top.
Cook for 25 minutes.


Crumble de saumon, noisettes et choux de Bruxelles

Pour 3 personnes 

120g de noisettes concassées
100g de pignons de pin
150g de beurre mou 
150g de farine
3 filets de saumon 
300g de choux de Bruxelles



Préchauffez votre four à 180° C. 
Cuire les choux dans l’eau bouillante pendant 5 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, préparez le crumble en mélangeant les pignons, le beurre, la farine et les noisettes.
Beurrez et farinez un moule rectangulaire.
Déposez le saumon. Le recouvrir du crumble puis des choux cuits.
Enfournez pour 25 minutes.
Régalez-vous !
