COFFEE : GUATEMALA - EL BOSQUE AMATITIAN - BOURBON

COFFEE : GUATEMALA
EL BOSQUE AMATITIAN - BOURBON

Have you tried the French Press method to appreciate at its best your lovely coffee now (see here)?
Have you noticed the difference?
A Gap?
An abyssal gap between now and then ?
Today we are going to Guatemala at the El Bosque Amatitian to drink a variety of coffee called Bourbon.
The coffee I have tried had been roasted 2 days ago...

What will you expect in your cup...??
First of all, the milk chocolate. I thought to myself. Ah this is the chocolate square I just ate but....I did not eat any chocolate square before so...
Then, wood, not mushrooms but a woody taste which transforms in your mouth at the end in cherry but glazed. You know this peculiar taste cherries have when glazed.
Wait a little bit more.
Turn your espresso cup in your hand... Have a sip.....Yes, you named it : apple. Not the sharp one when you bit into it, no, no. It is the delicate aftertaste when you are just about to swallow it...

Your coffee will express itself differently in a mug or an espresso cup. It is a truism, but for this quality of coffee, expect something huge...
