BEEF AND MINT BOULETTES (Boulettes de boeuf à la menthe)

BEEF AND MINT BOULETTES
(Boulettes de boeuf à la menthe)

Boulettes (meatballs) are very popular among French children as it is usually served at the school self since their tender age... So it exists an incalculable recipes of boulettes. I did mine with beef because I do love the Bo Bun, the famous Vietnamese recipe of salad with beef and fresh mint, (recipe HERE). The verdict came from my children : they absolutely adore them so you will certainly too!

Wine pairing : Lavilledieu (Red) from the South West.

This beef and mint boulettes recipe is gluten-free.
