PINEAPPLE GAZPACHO WITH MAPLE SYRUP 
(Gazpacho d'ananas au sirop d'érable)

Are you still on holidays ?
Or maybe back and happy ?
I am... for new easy-peasy culinary adventures with you.
And for this "rentrée ", my recipes are going to be bilingual French-English. I had so many, many requests from my friends (sometimes even 3 times a day) to have them translated that I had decided to please my dearest... So here we are... The weather here in London is so dreadful that I thought straight away about a sunny dish : what about a lovely gazpacho with pineapple and maple syrup ? Yes, it will bring the sun for a few minutes in your head, so ready ?





PINEAPPLE GAZPACHO WITH MAPLE SYRUP 
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Mint
Pineapple (peeled and cubed)

In your cupboard
Maple syrup

PINEAPPLE GAZPACHO WITH MAPLE SYRUP 
Serves 4

1 large pineapple
4 tbsp of maple syrup
A little bunch of fresh mint finely chopped.
150 ml of water

Pulse the cubed pineapple with the maple syrup and the water in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve in a verrine with the mint...


Gazpacho d'ananas au sirop d'érable

Pour 4 personnes
1 bel ananas
1 poignée de menthe fraiche ciselée 
150ml d'eau
4 cas de sirop d'érable

Pelez et coupez l'ananas en morceaux.
Disposez-le dans le bol d'un blender avec l'eau et le sirop d'érable.
Mixez.
Servir bien frais dans une verrine avec la menthe ciselée .
