STRAWBERRY, TOMATO, MOZZARELLA AND BRESAOLA SALAD

STRAWBERRY, TOMATO, MOZZARELLA AND BRESAOLA SALAD

You cannot find as fresh as this salad during a summer day (or a spring day, ok an autumn day as London is flying supersonic to October season right now...). This kind of composed salad is very popular in French's Brasserie when the tables are outdoor and the sun, eventually, is shinning ! I do it every summer for my buffet as I have gorgeous tomatoes from a friend garden. I have added an hazelnut dressing. It gives a little oumpf to the salad. Definition of Oumpf (heu, you know what I mean...?). I am the queen of neologism sometimes, it's terrible!

Wine pairing : Cabernet d'Anjou (Rosé ) from The Loire Valley.
