RAW STUFFED PEPPERS WITH TUNA 


This dish is my children's favorite. They love the crunchiness of the pepper combine with the fresh side of the tuna, mozzarella and olives. When it's very hot outside, we put the peppers in the fridge before serving. When it's cold, we cook it for 10 minutes and it's ready... This recipe is terribly easy : you may customized it as you wish...  No wonder it is the answer to your Sunday blues supper...

RAW STUFFED PEPPERS WITH TUNA
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Peppers
Fresh basil
Mozzarella

In your cupboard
Garlic
Corn tin
Green olives

RAW STUFFED PEPPERS WITH TUNA
Serves 4

4 peppers
A few leaves of fresh basil thinly chopped
1 crushed garlic clove
1 corn tin
100g of green olives
1 mozzarella (cubed)

Slice the top of the peppers, remove the seeds and rinse.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the basil, garlic, corn, olives and mozzarella.
Fill each peppers with this preparation, pressing lightly.
Serve !
