MARSALA AND MELON GRANITE

MARSALA AND MELON GRANITE

Maybe this cocktail will be a sun-catcher, what do you think ? But if you wish to do it (the cocktail not to attract the sun :), you will need some real melon for this recipe. The ones with orange flesh. The Cantaloupe as they call them here in Great Britain. I prepare this aperitif a lot in summer in France with Cavaillon melon and it is simply to die for... I do not put Marsala but walnut liqueur made by my family. It is a concert in your mouth (if it is possible to have a concert in your mouth obviously...). Marsala wine was a good alternative then to the walnut liqueur I cannot find in London. Enjoy with moderation, always !
