APRICOT, AGAVE AND COCONUT SMOOTHIE

I am quite happy with the apricots this year : sweet and tasty. Perfect for delicious flans and pastries. With my leftover, I did a lovely and refreshing smoothie. Easy, healthy and happy !
And because I wanted to have something a little bit crunchy, I added some dessicated coconut. Miam, it was absolutely yummy. It takes a few seconds with your blender and voilà !

This apricot, agave and coconut smoothie is gluten-free.

In your fridge
Apricots
Strawberries
Coconut water
Banana

In your cupboard
Dessicated coconut
Agave sirup

APRICOT, AGAVE AND COCONUT SMOOTHIE
Serves 1


3 little apricots
5 strawberries 
1 tbsp of dessicated coconut
A little bit of coconut water
A dash of agave sirup
1 banana

Blend the apricots, strawberries, coconut water, banana and agave sirup together until smooth.
Add the dessicated coconut.
Stir well.
Serve and enjoy.
