BUFFET FOR 20 PEOPLE

 BUFFET FOR 20 PEOPLE

I do a lot and a lot of buffet : it is so practical for me because when I go back to France for a short time, I always have to see a large number of people. The buffet is my answer then. I can see a lot of my friends in one go...

For me, 20 is a good number : enough for a small flat and perfect for a bigger house.

20 is good as well to talk to EVERYONE. You have the time for a nice chat with each of your guest. I think this is very important. I hate parties when you cannot talk to your host...

The food you will find below is perfect for 20 people and had been tried and tasted both way of the Manche !Do not do less, do not do more. Just follow the schedule and that's it.


PREPARATION OF THE FOOD FOR THE PARTY


The day before : Home made French terrine
Early morning : Mustard ice-cream with sausages
Late morning : kiwi salad and pineapple salad
Midday : Coconut flan and chestnut fondant
Early afternoon : Feta cake and Roquefort cake
Afternoon : Teriyaki salad + Serrano salad + Aberdeen salad
Just before the party : guacamole + anchoiade + pita crisps 

The sausages  will be reheat when your guests arrived...
