PARMESAN LOLLYPOPS

If one day you are invited for an "aperitif" with French people, you may have 90% of chance to encounter these strange lollypops... I don't know why but they become a regular fixture with all my French friends in France so as a matter of fact, the lollypops travel as well to the other side of the channel... It is so super easy and so super yummy that you will adopt them straight away for any of your cocktail or buffet...




PARMESAN LOLLYPOPS
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Parmesan cheese

In your cupboard
Sesame seeds
Cocktail sticks

PARMESAN LOLLYPOPS
For 10 lollypops
60g of grated Parmesan cheese 
10 cocktail sticks 
1 tbsp of sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Combine the Parmesan cheese with the sesame seeds.
On a parchment lined baking tray, place, roughly 10cm apart, a rounded tsp of the cheese and with the spoon, spread the cheese to form a little disk.
Stuck a stick in each disk to form a “lollypop”.
Place the tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
