HOME MADE PITA CRISPS

Home made pita crisps are so good and easy to make. It's the ultimate accompaniment to any dips... If you are not a garlic fan, put on anything else : cumin seeds, basil, sesame seeds, etc...




HOME MADE PITA CRISPS
A quick glance in your kitchen

IN YOUR FRIDGE
Butter
Parsley

IN YOUR CUPBOARD
Pita bread
Garlic

HOME MADE PITA CRISPS
For a little bowl 
3 wholemeal pita bread 
70g 2,5 oz of melted butter 
A little handful of parsley (finely chopped)
2 crushed garlic cloves.

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Open and separate each pita bread.
Cut the pitas into several wedges.
Place the wedges on a baking sheet.
Mix the crushed garlic and parsley with the melted butter.
Brush each wedges with this preparation.
Place the baking sheet into the oven.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Repeat the process for the other wedges.
Serve with a dip for example.




Chips de pitta

Pour un petit bol 
3 pains pitta complet 
70g de beurre fondu 
2 gousses d’ail hachées

Préchauffez votre four à 200° C.
Ouvrez les pittas complètement pour les séparer.
Coupez-les en morceaux.
Placez les morceaux sur du papier sulfurisé.
Mélangez le beurre avec l’ail.
Badigeonnez les morceaux avec le beurre d’ail.
Enfournez pour 4-5 minutes.
Renouvelez l’opération pour les autres pittas.
Servir avec un Dip par exemple.
