My daughter is mad about French cheese : very mature Comté with a minimum of 36 months old, Gruyère , Reblochon and....Roquefort. Each time I go for food shopping, she asked for a piece of Roquefort... So I had to find a way to cook it in a multiple manner. I easily deserved an award for the assortment of recipes with Roquefort I am able to cook... This recipe is terribly easy to do and you normally possess all the ingredients in your cupboard already (minus the Roquefort I reckon...). 

Wine pairing : Irouléguy (Red) from The South West.


ROQUEFORT AND TUNA TARTE
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Puff pastry
Roquefort
Green salad
 
In your cupboard
Tomatoes in can
Tuna chunks
Seeds mix

ROQUEFORT AND TUNA TARTE
Serves 4-6
1 puff pastry 
1 pomodorini tomatoes in can 
100g 3,5 oz of Roquefort (crumbled) 
1 tuna chunks in sunflower oil can 
Green salad 
Seeds mix

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Line a pie tin with baking paper.
Roll the pastry out and place it in the tin.
Prick the pastry all over with a fork.
Pour over the tomatoes, tuna and Roquefort.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a green salad with a seed mix.
Season to your taste.
Serve with the tarte.
