MANGO, MINT, GINGER AND CASHEW SMOOTHIE

Yummy ! mango, fresh mint, banana, orange, ginger and cashew butter...Simple, tasty, healthy and original. I think this smoothie lacks none of the adjectives I mentioned before!!! It is absolutely perfect when you have a craving for something healthy but do not know where to start from if you know what I mean...



MANGO, MINT, GINGER AND CASHEW SMOOTHIE
A quick glance in your kitchen...

In your fridge
Fresh mint
Orange

In your cupboard
Mango
Cashew butter
Fresh ginger
Banana

MANGO, MINT, GINGER AND CASHEW SMOOTHIE
Serves 1
Half a mango
2 tbsp of cashew butter
A few leaves of fresh mint
1 cm of fresh ginger
The juice of 1 orange
1 banana

Using a hand blender or a food processor, purée all the ingredients together until smooth.
Serve.
