This is what I call an "aperitif minute" and I am sure that you will enjoy it a lot... In my opinion, you cannot find as easy to do as this dish. Mushrooms + Boursin cheese + a little bit of oven, and voilà ! Ready to be served... Those mushrooms are very favored in France. Boursin is used everywhere in cooking over there : they even adapted one version especially for hot dishes, the "Boursin cuisine!!!! I have to recognize that the flavor is amazing and this Boursin Cheese goes with ABSOLUTELY anything : salted or sweet!!! Careful if you use "Le Roulé " you can find in any supermarket as it has a different aftertaste once cooked...Many thanks to Huberte for this recipe.

In your fridge
For 20 mushrooms
20 brown button mushrooms
1 Boursin (spreadable garlic and herbs French cheese)
Carefully remove stems of mushrooms.
Clean the mushrooms.
Pre-heat your oven to 180°.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the Boursin inside each mushroom.
Place them in the tray.
Cook for 10 minutes.Serve with cocktail sticks and enjoy hot or cold…
