TUNA AND CORN IN PITA BREAD

TUNA AND CORN IN PITA BREAD

It smells like spring even if it's still cold !!! I don't know about you but for me there is definitely a little something in the air... Even while skiing in Austria, we already had blue sky every day and we could easily thought that we were in April... So I wanted to prepare a light little snack with lots of yummy food that you can easily find in your cupboard even after being away for half-term...
Tuna is a must paired with Boursin. Just try it, you will adore it...
You can find those cute mini Pita bread in Marks and Spencer. If not, go for the normal size ones then...

Wine pairing : Picpoul de Pinet (White) from Languedoc-Roussillon.
