Half a jar of very good marmalade
50g (1,7 oz)of crème fraîche
50g (1,7 oz) of caster sugar
100g (3,5 oz) of butter
50g (1,7 oz) of flour

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Melt the chocolate and butter in micro waves (@ 360 for 2 minutes)
In a bowl, combine the crème with the eggs, sugar and flour.
Add the chocolate mixture and the marmalade and combine well.
Grease and line a brownie mould (or something rectangular).
Pour the preparation into the mould.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
